DEPOSIT & Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with me, a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 30% of the service cost is required. This guarantees you this allocated time so that I can give you your dream hair. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. This policy is in place to ensure that I have ample time to refill the vacated time..
Arriving Late
I understand things happen outside of our control, so If you are running late, please let me know ASAP. Late arrivals may result in me not being able to complete the full service originally booked. Keep in mind, any service alterations made due to Client lateness will still result in the full charge of the original service booked.
If you are 15 minutes late, and haven't contacted me, this will be treated as a ‘No-Show’ and the no-show fee will apply.
Salon SAFE
To keep salon clients and staff safe I ask you to please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell. As many of us cannot afford to take time off work and/or have vulnerable members in our community.
In the event that you come in and are unwell I may refuse to complete your service or you may be required to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment. I thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Service Guarantee
I pride myself on providing thorough consultations at the time of your service and I endeavor to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with your service I ask that you please contact me within 7 days of your visit. This is so I have the opportunity to correct anything you are unhappy with.
If I am contacted outside the 7 day period there may be a cost involved in correcting any issues you may have.
If it is deemed a change of mind any changes will be charged accordingly.
Personal Items
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any items left behind or lost in the salon.
